FIRST stands for For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology. To me, it is a community of friends, students, teachers, parents and professionals all working together to solve problems.
I’m the website mentor for Team 172 The Northern Force representing Gorham and Falmouth High Schools. I’ve been involved with this team since 2003.
